Art-rockers The Boodlum Band return to the Limelight Theatre with their unique mix of offbeat songs and comedy, and an enviable playlist that includes rock classics, old-time songs, pastiches and pop parodies.

In a stage show that is artistically compelling and visually stunning, The Boodlums find humour in the best and worst of popular music. The instrumental line-up is the envy of rock bands across the country and includes ukulele, double bass, washboard and phonofiddle.

The Boodlums have enjoyed more than 25 years just outside show-business and their repertoire includes the Abba-inspired ‘Did You Hear our Drums in Nando’s?’, a nod to The Eagles’ Hotel California with ‘Welcome To The Travelodge in Bournemouth’, as well as ‘Pennies From Heaven’, ‘Good Vibrations’, That’s Amore’... the list seems to go on and on. Are there any other bands with such a diverse playlist? Not if they’ve got any sense.

Witty word-play, magical music, stunning stage sets.......they may all be missing from this fabulous Boodlums’ night but we know you will be delighted by the time the show finishes!
