Auditions & Casting Opportunities

Unbound is committed to providing opportunities for actors from our local community.

Given the diverse range of productions taking place throughout the year, we have several different casting processes. Open auditions are typically held for our larger theatrical productions (Shakespeare, contemporary plays, pantomime, etc.) whilst casting calls are sent out for smaller projects such as site-specific plays or rehearsed readings.

The Unbound Sketchbook - having grown organically from a group of writers and performers workshopping new material - operates on an invitational basis, with guest performers joining the regular team for each production.

Unbound is committed to maintaining a professional standard when casting and staging its productions and to cast the right actor for the right role. We're always delighted to meet and work with new people, and anyone with an enthusiasm for theatre and storytelling is welcome to try out for a part.

See below for our latest opportunities, and check back when you can as we announce new auditions and productions regularly.
